Opening 2022 - Mini Mantras to Start a Year

Episode 69
January 6th, 20212

In Episodes 68 and 69 I am sharing mini mantras that are helping me get through the days: Things to consider around the changing of the year, getting ready for a fresh start. Nothing 2022 specific, just little, free ways I am challenging my reflexes for the benefit of my mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

In Episode 68, I talked through mini mantras to close the year, though, I plan to use them well into and throughout 2022. In Episode 69, it’s time to start the year.

There is so much we cannot control, including the changing of a year

Even when we feel we barely had 2020 and 2021, but let’s see what we can do to open 2022 in a way that feels good.

  • Introvert or extrovert
